19 Nahant Street was a full-scale residential transformation in the heart of Wakefield. The project began with structural work and reframing, opening the interior into a modern layout while preserving the scale and character of the original home.
The new kitchen anchors the main level with custom shaker cabinetry, a stone island, and clean sightlines into the dining and living areas. Wide hardwood flooring runs continuously through the first floor, and finish carpentry — casing, railings, and trim detail — ties the levels together.
Outside, the property was finished with new exterior work, a paver walkway, and a fully landscaped rear yard.
